By accessing or using PostNut ("the Service"), operated by Yung Development LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

The Service is available at postnut.io and includes all related websites, applications, and services offered by Yung Development LLC.

PostNut is a content creation platform that provides:

• AI-powered hook and content generation
• Trend discovery and analysis
• Social media post scheduling
• Competitor tracking and analytics
• Content calendar management

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Generate or distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Generate content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination
• Circumvent any rate limits or usage restrictions

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without notice.

Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis through Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.

Pricing: We offer multiple subscription tiers with different features and limits. Prices are listed in US dollars and may be subject to change with 30 days notice.

Free Trial: We may offer free trials at our discretion. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Service.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at corey@yungdevelopment.com.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to paid features until your subscription expires
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period
• Your content and data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation

Our Content: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Yung Development LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring any AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights before publishing.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YUNG DEVELOPMENT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yung Development LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

The Service integrates with third-party services including social media platforms. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
